ANZAC Day deferral options

ANZAC Day deferral options

Fez Tours, represented here by Exotic Holidays, has come up with a number of options for clients who are booked but no longer able to travel to Turkey over ANZAC Day. Along with travel restrictions around the world, ANZAC Day events such as the Dawn Service at Gallipoli will be cancelled this year due to the coronavirus pandemic.

‘We believe that attending Dawn Service in Gallipoli Peninsula is a once in a life time experience,’ says Exotic’s managing director Rahul Sharma. ‘Fez has released its 2021 ANZAC Day trips so guests can defer to the same or a different ANZAC Tour in 2021. ‘We could change a current booking to any of the 2021 ANZAC Day tours. No fees will be applied. If the guest prefers not to attend 2021 ANZAC Day, agents may defer that client to any other future Fez Travel tour departing within the next 12 months. Again, no fees will be applied.’

Customers that are not sure of what to do at this stage, may opt to keep their payment with Fez Travel as a ‘credit’ towards any other tour and/ or departure date within the next 12 months. No further fees will be applied. FEZ has also set out terms for guests who wish to cancel.
