SailFit is planning to operate more day retreats in the summer of 2021-22.
‘We are seeing a growing interest from consumers with high disposable incomes looking to splurge on experiences that can change their life for the better, but without having to travel to the other side of the world to do it,’ says SailFit founder and managing director Rebekah Railton.
The key trade audience for the product includes travel management companies, incentive practitioners and others who organise corporate activities and rewards.
A typical day itinerary with SailFit will have a high-intensity training (HIT) workout on Motuihe Island, beach yoga on Rotoroa Island, a meditation session at sea, a resiliency workshop, plus wholesome meals and snacks served all day. There is an opportunity to curate the itinerary based on a specific group.
