Robyn Galloway, managing director of New Zealand representative Innovative Travel, says that at only $210 pp/per day, this is an incredible deal for East Africa, especially as the price includes most meals and game park permits (gorilla and chimpanzee permits are additional). Galloway says The Safari Company’s high wheel base truck offers spacious internal comfortable seating, in addition to a special high viewing platform
behind the cab. The tour is ideal for the 40plus market.‘Touring Africa, it is important to have the right viewing opportunities and the high wheel base truck is perfect for this,’ says Galloway. ‘Kibby combines his especially built safari truck with carefully selected three to four-star local accommodation and permanent tented camps.’
