After the flight came a walking tour of Fremantle with Two Feet and a Heartbeat, learning about the area’s maritime history. The group stayed at the recently opened Garde Hotel in Fremantle and explored the Fremantle markets.
The second day was spent on Rottnest Island, with an adventure boat tour with Rottnest Express and bus tour around the island with Australian Pinnacle tours. A glamping experience at Discovery Rottnest Island and visiting the recently opened Lodge Wadjemup were also on the agenda. After spotting quokkas, the group headed back to Perth for an Aboriginal tour of Kings Park with In Culture Tours, then Perth Mint for a Diamond Masterclass.
