Aman Beverly Hills will be the brand’s first US West Coast hotel when it opens in 2028. It will include 78 suites, an Aman Club and two Aman-branded residential towers as part of One Beverly Hills.
The One Beverly Hills development will actually begin opening in phases from 2027, introducing 10 acres of landscaped gardens alongside new luxury hospitality, dining, retail and residences.
The Beverly Hills Hotel is adding five new spaces, including a supper club, outdoor terrace cocktail bar and indoor-outdoor lounge in September this year.
For clients keen to shop, Tiffany & Co will open a three-storey Rodeo Drive flagship location in 2028, including two levels of retail, a 53-seat restaurant and a rooftop terrace for private functions.
