The 10-minute, 6,000ft ascent takes passengers to Mountain Station where there are 50 miles of walking trails suiting all levels of fitness, and a restaurant, bar and café. The starting point for the world’s largest rotating tramcar ride is at Valley Station, a 10-minute drive from downtown Palm Springs.
