Linkd Tourism has been chosen by New York State’s Division of Tourism to be its New Zealand and Australian in-market representative, responsible for travel trade sales, marketing and public relations efforts. Linkd Tourism will focus on driving visitation throughout the state, encouraging Kiwi and Aussie travellers to spend more time exploring the extensive range of visitor experiences available across New York’s 11 travel regions.
QF to fly to New York via AKL
Qantas will recommence flights to New York with a new service from Australia via Auckland from 14 June next year (subject to regulatory approval).
Renowned artist to exhibit at NY’s botanic gardens
The New York Botanical Garden (NYBG) will feature the work of internationally celebrated Japanese artist Yayoi Kusama as its major exhibition in 2020.
Running from 2 May through to 1 November, the works will cover the spectrum of Kusama’s multifaceted practice and introduce major new works, including immersive experiences created specifically for this exhibition.
