EVT’s LyLo brand to open in Bangkok

LyLo, EVT’s lifestyle-budget brand, will enter Bangkok in 2028 with a 387-bed property in Sukhumvit under management agreement.  This will be LyLo’s first move beyond Australia and New Zealand and makes LyLo the third EVT hotel brand to enter Southeast Asia, following the opening of QT Singapore in 2024 and the recent announcement of Rydges Bangkok with a targeted opening in 2028.

Located in Sukhumvit Soi 15, LyLo will have 354 signature pods and 33 private rooms, and shared social spaces including a rooftop wellness area, pool and bar. 

LyLo operates four properties across Auckland, Christchurch, Queenstown and Brisbane, with a flagship Gold Coast property opening in 2028. 

EVT is also in discussions with investors across the broader Asia-Pacific region to expand the LyLo concept further.
