Wendy Wu adds Japan capacity

Wendy Wu Tours will be one of the first companies with tour groups allowed back into Japan.

Wendy Wu, founder of Wendy Wu Tours says that with passengers unable to travel to Japan for so long, people have missed out on the Japan spring cherry blossom festival and the autumn foliage colours.

‘Now demand for these tours in particular over March and April 2023 is through the roof, so much so that we’ve added extra capacity for 2023 and 2024 which is selling out as quick as it goes to market.’

As it stands currently, entry to Japan from today (10 June) will only be allowed on fully escorted tour groups that follow a pre-arranged and set itinerary. A visa and pre-departure testing within 72 hours from the sample collection date to the flight departure time is required. Regardless of people’s vaccination status, on arrival testing, quarantine and any other counter measures are not required.

Wendy Wu Tours is offering partner flies free or 50% off single supplements on selected tours and departures in 2022 and 2023, saving up to $1,400 per couple or $1,540 per person when booked by 30 June 2022.
