Departing Reykjavík on 10 July 2027, the 18-day voyage aboard Le Commandant Charcot will carry guests through the remote fjords and glaciers of East Greenland before pushing deep into the Arctic pack ice toward 90° North.
The expedition features special guest Peter Hillary, mountaineer, writer and speaker, and son of Sir Edmund Hillary. Peter has completed more than 50 expeditions worldwide, including five on Everest and over 40 journeys to Antarctica, and chairs the Himalayan Trust in support of Himalayan communities.
Voyage highlights include exploration of East Greenland’s Blosseville Coast and the Ittoqqortoormiit region, deep navigation through the sea ice, with landscapes shifting from open channels to vast ice floes, arrival at the Geographic North Pole — 90° North, and a return voyage via Svalbard’s coastline, concluding in Longyearbyen.
Fares start from A$77,882 per person for a balcony stateroom, and include flights between Longyearbyen and Paris, plus port-to-airport transfers.
