‘This is a way for agents to receive commission while selling a product that is tried and true.
‘We have invested a lot into dedicated trip notes. They answer all the questions a client could possibly ask, so we equip the agents really well in terms of selling our product. They don’t need in-depth knowledge and once they
have sold one of our trips the next one will be easy.’
Grant says Tuscany on a Vespa is new to the brochure and is a nice way to explore quintessential Italian villages.
However it is the traditional favourites that have led the way as the market recovers.
‘All the Caminos are there – Camino Primitivo, Camino del Norte, Camino Portugues, Camino Francais from Le Puy – and they have been the first cabs off the rank.’
