Held in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch, Th!nk is where travel leaders, procurement professionals, and decision makers come together to challenge the status quo and explore what’s new in corporate travel.
‘Our Th!nk events delve into the latest insights from our FCM Consulting team. We’ll look at practical strategies to help businesses navigate the ever evolving landscape of corporate travel,’ says Kelly Thomas, GM of FCM Travel NZ.
‘Our events are a chance to connect with industry peers and leaders and leave with actionable ideas to implement in their businesses and teams.’
This year’s sessions tackle how to get the most from a business travel programme, the value of automation and AI, and where human expertise still matters.
In a session titled From Cost Centre to Strategic Asset, Emma Duff, principal consultant at FCM Consulting will explore what really matters in travel programmes – defining true value, measuring strategic impact, and understanding what ‘good’ actually looks like.
Mark Pollard, regional head of technology corporate ANZ, Flight Centre Travel Group will separate fact from fiction in a session that explores where AI is genuinely creating value in corporate travel and how travel leaders can become smarter buyers of AI.
The programme will also focus on best in-class payment and expense integration, explore where the technology is heading, and practical benchmarks to evaluate operations and identify steps forward.
The events will be in CHC, 21 September 2-5:30pm, Sudima Christchurch; WLG, 22 September, 2-5:30pm Te Papa Events Centre; AKL, 24 September, 2- 5:30pm Sudima Auckland.
