Club Med launches new loyalty programme

Club Med has launched a new loyalty programme for New Zealand travel industry partners.

It comes as the company also unveils its revamped Club Med Travel Agent Portal featuring a new booking service.

Michelle Davies, general manager of the Pacific, says Club Med focuses on finding ways to reward travel partners and make their jobs as easy as possible.

‘We have used the pandemic to overhaul our agent portal and build a loyalty programme that rewards our consultants.’

The redesigned Club Med Travel Agent Portal is set up as an easy-to-use tool for agents to book clients’ holidays. Agents can now view the best and latest brand offers, make quick comparisons of Club Med’s resorts and services, access real time pricing and select on-demand services for clients.

Through the new loyalty programme, Club Med Advantage, travel consultants can be rewarded for individual efforts by earning their way towards a free Club Med holiday to any of its resorts.

From each client booking, one point is awarded for every dollar sold of Club Med accommodation and services.

Agents can earn extra commission through selling a variety of pre-booked services that are in addition to the all-inclusive fee including ski rentals, spa treatments, excursions and tours, plus baby and petit club.

Club Med is introducing commission for land plus transport packages and provides travel industry rates. Starting at 10% off, the discount increases based on the industry sector.
