Global spread of operators set to highlight options for high end travel at NZ event

Travel agents will be able to update themselves on high end leisure and events possibilities with a range of suppliers from around the world at a morning / early afternoon event in Auckland on Monday, 27 February.

DMS Destination Marketing Services is bringing DMS Connect back to this market after a forced break during the Covid lockdowns.

Managing director of DMS, Marissa Fernandez says the event, at the Maritime Room from 10am to 1.30pm, is designed to reunite travel advisors and incentive and meetings organisers with travel specialists from around the globe on new innovations, trends and developments.

‘Operators joining as first-time participants at DMS Connect include another konzept from Spain, Realm Events from key destinations around Asia, Emeco Tourism Emirates and Osiris in Portugal,’ says Fernandez. ‘Familiar faces from Lafayette Group, Spectra, Hosts Hawaii, TEWAKA and Tekser Tourism & Travel, to name a few, will be back.’

Fernandez points out that the showcase continues to take a collaborative approach to destination marketing, also connecting attendees with airline, tourism marketing and accommodation exhibitors.

Fiji Airways, Melia Hotels, Fiji Tourism, Avalon Waterways, Hong Kong Tourism Board and Visit Monaco are some of the organisations which will join the DMS ground operators.
