The Pacific’s biggest week for the travel and tourism trade returns to Fiji in 2027.

South Pacific Tourism Exchange (SPTE) will be held in Nadi on 5-6 May, followed by the Fiji Tourism Exchange (FTE) 2027 on 7-8 May.

The week will start with the Pacific Tourism Organisation’s (SPTO) board meeting on 3 May, followed by the SPTO industry day. Then SPTE will connect international buyers with tourism operators and National Tourism Offices from across the region.

SPTO chief executive officer Christopher Cocker says SPTE is one of the Pacific’s most important tourism platforms. ‘Fiji has consistently demonstrated its capability to host high-quality regional events that deliver real value to the tourism industry.’

Tourism Fiji CEO, Dr Paresh Pant, adds that bringing these events together creates greater value for international buyers and industry partners, while providing a powerful platform to showcase not only Fiji, but the diversity of experiences across the Pacific.
