‘We will have our set departures for our eight-night Southern Group adventures with two nights in each of Atiu, Mauke, Mangaia and Mitiaro and our four-night Trailblazers trip to the Northern Atolls (by small jet) of Pukupuka, Manihiki and Tongareva (Penrhyn).’

Skews says Island Hopper Vacations also has set packages for five or seven nights in Rarotonga, Aitutaki and beyond, adaptable to suit clients.

Other options include private tours for people wanting to stay in travel bubbles, close encounters packages to Southern Group Islands with meals and tours, Discover Aitutaki programmes, private jet day-tours to Aitutaki with the option to overnight/extend, plus a private jet flight for a Mitiaro stay.

‘Following on from this, we will release a set of small group options covering weekends ranging from fishing, diving, yoga, trekking, wellness, and kite surfing lessons through to green thumbs, and cultural immersion etc,’ says Skews. ‘This means a client and a group of friends, who have been isolated for so long, can take a break together and have some fun in the sun. The ideal group size is around six.’
