More at Fiji transit lounge

Essence Group has revamped its transit lounge based a few minutes drive from Nadi Airport and added extra services in collaboration with other Fijian small to medium enterprises (SMEs).

Director Debra Sadranu says as well the existing lounge having a face-lift, the facility now has a business centre with a meeting room operated by mydesk.

‘It’s great for business travellers who want to get some work done or have a private meeting before their flight.’

The Coffee Hub has also joined the site, as has Tracey Farrington Fiji boutique shop specialising in men’s and women’s resort wear.

A transit pass costs F$55 including shuttle service to and from the airport, unlimited wifi, foot massage and unlimited hours in the lounge. A massage in one of the four treatment rooms costs from F$25 to $50 and there is a nominal charge for pick ups or drop offs at Nadi-Denarau area resorts.

Sadranu says the company now has three Nama product lines – the signature Nama Fiji, Nama VS for men and Nama Spa for younger women, all now available in New Zealand.

‘Agents who book their clients into the lounge may also want to add value with some of our product, for which they will receive a trade price.’
