NSBT managing director Leith Sisson says the appointment is part of the independently owned Auckland travel company’s continued commitment to growing its luxury leisure offering while building on the significant experience already within the business.

A 100% New Zealand-owned and operated business, NSBT has been led by Sisson for more than 30 years and is a long-standing member of the global Virtuoso luxury travel network.

Martin has worked across a broad range of leisure travel throughout his career, developing a particular specialisation in luxury cruising and complex, tailor-made international travel.
His industry recognition includes being a 2026 CLIA Cruise Consultant of the Year – New Zealand finalist and a 2026 National Travel Industry Awards finalist for Retail Travel Consultant of the Year, alongside achieving CLIA Masters accreditation.
